Developed by Meraas with the Italian jeweller Bvlgari, the island is home to the Bvlgari Resort & Residences: low-rise residential buildings designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, Bvlgari Mansions, a small collection of penthouses, the Bvlgari Yacht Club and marina, and the 28-storey all-penthouse Bvlgari Lighthouse (handover expected 2027). The rest of the island is given over to private beachfront mansion plots. The feel is quiet, discreet and resort-like, with very limited supply and some of the highest values per square foot in the city.
